HOPE worldwide's Senior Leadership team

Ian Correa (Chief Executive Officer) is spearheading HOPE worldwide’s work in India. Ian is currently based in Bangalore and has been working with HOPE since 1992.

Dr. Ashok Kumar Prabath (Chief Programme Officer) has developed HOPE worldwide’s HIV/AIDs and medical work, apart from other key initiatives. A qualified doctor, Ashok has been passionate about providing adequate healthcare to the deprived and downtrodden in India.

Gimms Andrews (Chief Operating Officer) is responsible for all administration, financial, and legal matters of HOPE worldwide. Although Gimms is originally from Kerala in South India, he was born and brought up in West Africa and has been serving with HOPE worldwide for more than a decade.
