The registration for the 2010 Christmas HYC is now open!

You can go to URL http://www.hopeworldwide.org.in/hyc to fill in the registration form. And you can also make payment on-line. If you are a local participant (residing in India) you should pay locally. For this you can get in touch with Nadine (nadine_templer@hopeww.org) and she will give you the details.
There is also a waiver form that you can download. Then you have to take its print out which you fill and sign and send at the address given.
Each step can be done independently, which means that you can register and pay later or do everything at once. The deadline for registration and payment is October 1, 2010. It would be helpful to us if you could register even if you are planning to pay later. It would give us an idea of the number of participants and we can thus plan your accommodation and activities.
We would advise you to book your tickets soon as the prices of the tickets go up significantly as we get closer to Christmas. The dates for the trip are 20th December to 30th December. Please arrive by 19th December as it would give you a day to arrange or rest. You will be free by 30th December to leave so you can be back in time for the New Year celebrations at home.
Once you have registered yourself send Nadine an e-mail (nadine_templer@hopeww.org) to confirm since she will be handling all the details of your trip. Also feel free to mail her if you have any questions. Please pass the word around to your friends.
